We had a fantastic stay at this 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom penthouse at Via Tendenza Condos and found it to be an excellent choice for our group of 7 adults and 1 child.
The apartment was spotless when we arrived, which made a great first impression. The beds were comfortable, with good-quality sheets, and there were extra blankets available for the colder nights when we had the air conditioning running. All of the bedrooms and the main living area were air conditioned, which was particularly appreciated in the Playa del Carmen heat.
The three bathrooms worked very well for a group of eight. One of the showers had slightly lower water pressure than the others, but this was not a significant issue and, considering it is an apartment within a larger building, it was completely understandable and perfectly usable.
The apartment itself was spacious and there were enough beds across all the bedrooms to comfortably accommodate everyone. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area gave us plenty of room to relax and spend time together without feeling cramped.
The kitchen was particularly well equipped for a holiday apartment. There were tall glasses, tumblers, mugs and plenty of cooking utensils, along with a filter coffee machine, toaster and blender. The hot and cold filtered drinking-water machine was also a really useful addition. There were plenty of bath towels and beach towels for everyone in our group.
The rooftop dipping pool was a lovely feature and a great place to cool off and relax. The communal pool downstairs was another nice addition and gave us another option during our stay.
Having two Wi-Fi networks covering both floors of the apartment was also a thoughtful touch and provided good coverage throughout the property.
The location was one of the biggest advantages. 5th Avenue was only around a 5-minute walk away, putting restaurants, shops, cafés and everything along the main strip within very easy reach. The supermarkets were also extremely...

Excelente lugar, ubicación, atención del personal, todo excelente la verdad. Super importante y algo que deberían de considerar, extender el horario de la alberca, podría ser que después de las 10pm, los que se queden o quieren usarla que sea bajo el claro conocimiento de no hacer ruido, solo eso, fuera de eso excelente. Muchas gracias Walter, espero dios visitarlos muy pronto!!
Más que no gustarme, solo recomendación sobre extensión del horario de la alberca.
