Excelente

Es perfecto, muy amplio, buenísima ubicación, a 5 min de la quinta avenida, cerca de supermercado, seven eleven, Oxxo, restaurantes, cuenta con estacionamiento, la alberca está muy bien, es muy seguro, el departamento está muy bonito, muy cómodo, tiene una terraza muy grande, en general está excelente. Lo recomiendo bastante, y yo claro que me volvería a hospedar.

Todo es perfecto, no tiene nada que no me haya gustado

Great location, spacious and clean, perfect for a family

Clean, great location walking distance to the beach and 5th Avenue and besides some traffic noise it was quiet. We were there during the weekend though and next to the building is a school, so not sure how quiet it is during weekdays. Nice host, good communication and the free parking is a plus. The penthouse is spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything you need.

We would be delighted to stay there again for a longer vacation.

The location was excellent for shopping and getting to the main tourist areas such as 5th Avenue and the beach. The ADO bus station is just 2 blocks away.

I booked last minute but my family and I were taken care of. :)

The penthouse was big and comfortable. Everyone was so please and felt sage and at home.

Wish the penthouse had a washer and dryer. Had to travel back home with soiled clothes in baggage which was very heavy .

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk to the famous Playa del Carmen's fifth avenue.

Villa Tendenza is only 2 blocks from Playa del Carmen's fifth avenue, from there, we were able to walk to beautiful public beaches, share a family time in the tourist area, and even walk to the meeting points for the tours to Xcaret and Xel-Há and to the pier for the ferry to the island of Cozumel, very well located. The apartment was spacious, clean, with everything we need for a 4-day stay. We were 8 people, two families. I highly recommend Villa Tendenza.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like. All very well during our stay. The only thing we recommend to future travelers is that, since it is an apartment with a kitchen, you have to make their grocery list before arriving, otherwise they will buy more than you need for your stay, and remember, fifth and tenth avenues have a lot of restaurants.

great

lived the pool, and the apartment is quite specious. the manager was so nice, there was drinking water and beer in the apartment waiting for us.

we had cockroaches coming out if the sink drain. but the manager offered to send a team to take care off it and that was super nice. we didn’t need anyone to come as we just closed the drain and it was a short stay.

The condo was everything we could have needed and so much more! Coming back for SURE!

This was the perfect place for our family! The underground car parking was safe and secure and so conveniently located to the front door! The Pool was right in front and from the sliding door we could see our Kids swimming and playing. kitchen was complete with everything to cook a meal or snacks. Bathrooms were super clean and neat, with towels. good sized fridge for ice and even a BLENDER to make Margaritas. Everything else was walking distance from the condo! We even felt safe walking home at the 1 am the mandatory bar closing time. Walmart and supermarket just 5 minute walk [great street tacos over there] and beach was 3 minutes away! And the 5 avenue ,Walking street with all the fun tourist ,shops restaurants and bars 3 minutes! It could not have been better!

Really nothing to complain about the condo , as in Mexico you dont Flush anything down the toilets, remind your kidds! Watch the exchange rates when you buy with USD or non Mex currency! Remember your cloth Grocery bags as Playa De Carmen is going Bagless [condo had a couple lucky for us]. The Worse part was that the 8 days we stayed went by way to fast, would be perfect for 2-6 week adventure.

Great location, comfortable, and great pool!

Quick and easy communication with the host. Excellent location, clean, beds were comfortable. Provided drinking water is a nice touch.

Minor service issue with the toilet. No soap/shampoo provided.

Excellent location. Rooms were perfect for our group. Loved the open rooftop and jacuzzi. Our point of contact Alex was incredibly helpful and we were able to extend our stay by 2 extra days no problem. Would recommend to any group, would 100% stay again.
