Bait and switch scam

Location was decent

Fabio is running a bait and switch scam. The place in the listing does not in any way resemble the place I got when I arrived. It was run down, pest infested, stained, and moldy smelling. He made sure to make me pay before he showed me the place and when I asked to switch he said he only had a two bedroom which he can switch me too for additional money. When I turned that down he promised to switch rooms the next day and rushed out. I cancelled my booking, returned the key to the front desk and left the unit that day and had to pay for another place. I have not heard from Fabio or booking.com since about a refund although booking.com allowed me to cancel for a full refund online. Unfortunately I have not received said refund.

Tengan cuidado al hacer su reserva. Reserve 3 habitaciones con dos camas cada una. Uno de los departamentos que me entre

Departamentos muy bonitos y buena ubicación.

No cumplieron con lo contratado en la plataforma , uno de los 3 departamentos que rente me lo dieron con una sola cama y yo pague con dos camas y 1 sofá cama. No tuve solución por el host. También falta mayor limpieza en los baños, tienen un mal olor a humedad.

Clean room, awful beds, AC acceptable.

Location, close to Soriano supermarket, good tacos close by on the same street. Nice roof top pool. Few blocks from 5ta avenida.

The beds and pillows in the main room were so old. The room had a king size frame but had 2 small mattresses, no box spring.(awful). The sofa bed that was in the living room was rusty and had springs bulging out of the mattress.

El departamento tiene una excelente ubicación, atrás se encuentra un supermercado que es muy fácil llegar, y hay centros de consumo muy cerca en cuestión de minutos estas ahí, y también está muy próxima a la quinta avenida. Adicional las instalaciones se miran muy bien, nos gustó.

Sucio, sábanas viejas con huecos, almohada viejísima!! Colchones desgastados ( no duermes bien) todo el mobiliario debe mejorar
