묵었던 곳이 욕조가 별도로 있고, 리셉션, 베란다 등 공간구획이 좋았습니다. 깨끗합니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다. 직원분들 친절히시고 침대 편합니다.

Almost perfect stay with the most lovely and helpful staff.

The staff were excellent, so enthusiastic and helpful and with great speed too. The staff member who helped me literally bounded over with a smile on his face and helped me immediately. Although my Korean isn't great, their English is very good and we were able to communicate easily. The room was lovely with good, modern decor. I was worried from pictures that the room would be too dark, but it was just fine, the lighting was great. Everyone I met was kind and explained things really well. I had a great night's sleep on the comfortable bed.

I was a little frustrated that the bath drain did not work immediately, so I called the staff to help me, to which they did with great haste! However, when I was in the bath, the drain broke again and obviously I couldn't call the staff to fix it again... so I just had to improvise. Also, the A/C remote was a little temperamental, but I didn't ask the staff to help me with that for me so that's my fault - the A/C still worked fine. I guess another thing to mention was the interesting design choice of having a mirror in the toilet room - don't think I've ever wanted to see myself when I'm using the bathroom.

The bath was amazing!! Rooms are big and spacious. Bed was comfy. Lots of free amenities available for use. Location is also quite good.

Very good

Clean, comfortable and spacious. The shower is huge and the bathtub is comfortable enough for two people. Everything seems new. The receptionist speak English and Spanish.

The room is too dark and the only window leads to a balcony very little light. The toilet is separated from the sink so you have to go from one side of the room to the other if you want to wash your hands.

Beautiful hotel

I like the room with bath tub and steam room. Nearby alot nice eatery like ginseng chicken, octopus and bbq. Staff is friendly in assisting all our needs. Breakfast is delicious too with good amount of variety.

Price is expensive and car park is very narrow. There is additional cost for 3rd pax despite room is stated for 3 pax and staff only inform additional cost when we are sleeping despite double checking during payment if bill is final and for 3 pax. In the end, staff force us to go down Lobby immediately to pay again and insist we are in the wrong for not paying when we already informed in both reservation and verbal check before making first initial payment. There is no gym, no pool, no golf though and pics are misleading.

the property and facility was amazing overall and exceptional value for your money.

everything was amazing, except the sauna didn’t work. that’s the only negative I could possibly say about the property.

Me and my son stay there for 4days because we go to caribbean bay and the other day we go to everland.the appearance outside is ok in the lobby the dim light and the scent is verry nice.the room is clean the space is ok.the location of the hotel is verry near in subway it also near in emart,mall,cgv and bus stop!

I didn't like the smell of the bathroom is like a poo of animal i don't know what kind of scent they put in the bathroom..

Good location but small room

Hotel's locatiion was quite close to my meeting places. And also close to many restaurants.

The room wasn't big enough for 3 people. I expected a little bit bigger one.

The shower

Tv remote didn't work, charging outlets didn't work, there was dust on the furniture, and there was no computer as advertised

Great place to stay! Comfortable and has good amenities. The cleaning just needs to be increased.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful. My boyfriend left his ring in the room and they kept it for him until we picked it up later that night. In the tool, the bed was very comfortable. They had 4 bottles of water in the fridge as well as a can of coffee and coke. The bath is really big and the shower has great pressure.

The AC wasn’t cold enough and it didn’t feel like it reached the bed so we had to move the bed closer. When we did this, there was a sharp piece of glass under the bed and a random sock from a previous guest. There was also dust and hair. The toilet room walls looked quite dirty as well like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while.

Overall, hotel was unique and clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

We did not have breakfast. However, the gentleman at the front desk was FANTASTIC! He was so helpful and kind. Additionally, the van took us to our sightseeing spot! What a great service! Overall, hotel was unique and clean, and we enjoyed our stay.

We booked the exact same room online as our friends, we paid more and we paid for an additional bed and didn't receive it, we were disappointed in that. Also - the rooms were set to 35* C, we were so hot we had to use the A/C.

So glad we decided to stay here. This was such a great location for Everland and the Korean Folk Village, plus the beds

Superb

The design is specific and unique to other hotels. The breakfast was superb! The bed was so soft, I enjoyed the best sleep I've had in months.

The water from the bathtub faucet was not as hot as needed. However, I chalk that up to it being winter.

Exceptional

The staff took care of our needs, the housekeepers clean the room beyond my expectations! Wonderful restaurants and convenient stores nearby!

Limited parking, night shift male staff was a little annoyed with our parking problem. But other then that the staff was very accommodating.
