We liked the location, and the facilities. The outdoor swimming pool was amazing. There were many activities for kids and also good entertainment. We also enjoyed the sauna, which was free and empty (so we had our private sauna multiple times).
There is no airco, we arrived on a particularly hot day and the living room was around 29-30°. Luckily the bedrooms were a bit cooler.

Location is brilliant with a lot of nearby hiking trails through beautiful nature.
Apartment is clean, spacious with a nice kitchen. Our apartment had a nice sauna and jacuzzi.
Room provides a nice view as well.
There is a lovely grocery shop within resort complex, offering nice croissants, bread, dairy, snacks, drinks...
Amenities were scarce… it can be explained on a property/room page so guests know what to expect.
For family of four provisions for four days look like: 3 dishwasher pods for 4 days stay…, one toilet paper… with staff guidance: you can buy more downstairs...
If your traveller needs meet that trend, advice is to Bring Your Own:
Pillows - provided ones were absolutely uncomfortable.
Bathroom towels (provided kitchen towels were a better quality than bathroom towels),
Dishwasher pods, toilet paper.
Mattresses are too soft.

Location was great. They had lot of activities inside also for kids.
There was no airconditioner or vantilator, fan inside. The apartment was too hot in summer.
Jacuzzi and sauna was not working either.

The location
The stairs were very steep and not easy to climb up and down.
The curtains and walls in the kitchen/living room were very dirty.
The curtains by the patio doors and the living room window had multiple splatters of food on them.
