Estaba muy limpio y estaba muy completo en cuanto accesorios que se requieren para unas buenas vacaciones
El día del check out a las 9:45am nos llegaron a tocar la puerta el personal de limpieza para decirnos que a las 10 en punto debíamos de abandonar la habitación, nos pareció inoportuno y falta de respeto ese comentario por parte del chico de limpieza

Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist wirklich toll ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und entspricht den Bildern voll und ganz. Besonders der traumhafte Ausblick vom Balkon hat uns sehr gut gefallen. An der Unterkunft selbst gibt es aus unserer Sicht wenig auszusetzen.
Enttäuscht waren wir allerdings von der Preisgestaltung. Bei der Suche auf Booking.com hatten wir ein maximales Budget von 200 € für zwei Nächte eingestellt. Die Wohnung wurde zunächst mit 185 € angezeigt. Nach der Buchung stellten wir fest, dass zusätzlich rund 167 € an Steuern und Gebühren sowie weitere ca. 9 € für die Hinterlegung der Kaution berechnet wurden. Der tatsächliche Gesamtpreis lag damit bei rund 362 € und somit fast doppelt so hoch wie der zunächst angezeigte Preis.
Besonders fragwürdig fanden wir, dass andere Unterkünfte in derselben Region lediglich die üblichen staatlichen Steuern und Gebühren berechnen, während hier noch erhebliche zusätzliche Service- und Reinigungskosten hinzukommen.
Wir haben den Vermieter unmittelbar nach der Buchung kontaktiert. Bei einer möglichen Stornierung wurden wir an Booking.com verwiesen. Booking.com nahm daraufhin Kontakt mit dem Vermieter auf, allerdings erfolgte darauf keine Reaktion.

Nice appartement on the 5th floor of Oceanica condominiums. Marvelous view for the balcony of Flamingo beach. Flamingo Beach is less 3 minutes away, walking down a steep hill. Beautiful pool on the side of the building, with shade (highly appreciated with the heat).
Flamingo beach sunsets were incredible.
Conchal beach is 10 min away by car.
Few nice restaurant at walking distance (El coco loco, Surfbox, Amigos and Tacos)
Mattress are firm but confortable.
Shower pressure is very strong, splashing water a bit everywhere.

The view!!
First of all, you have to be well trained to climb back to property after day on the beach! The road to the property unbelibvle steap (forget to bring metal chairs to the beach!)
Second, people who were above us have a lot of kids who running non stop. Aslo they moved furniture very often. It was increrably annouing!
The company which rent out the place "Special Places" has a lot of rules like you have to throught away the garbich before cleaning lady come. You have to collect all towels and dirty sheets and put them in the landary room. You can not leave dirty dishes! If you late for check in - it will be fee (but the lock is electronical and nobody actually have to be there to let you in!) they can not let you check out at 11 (well you can but cleaning service will get in at 10) Also, the most annouing part they use Booking messender to make you buy other servises like tours, massage, food. It was outranges: they sent advertising almost every day before we arrived.
And the pool. It is located in shadow so it is really cold to sweem.
