Location, staff, efficiency and helpfulness. I also used the fitness suite, which was well equipped and had stunning views of the city. Hotels in Luanda are famously expensive but often not that good. This was my second visit to RK and I’d come again.
The food was OK but no better.

I really like The help the hotel provided to me. From the staff to upper general manager to help me make a difficulty arrangement which is the help I truly needed. It is above and beyond. Now I come back again and will be coming back in the future

Cleanliness: Thorough daily housekeeping during the week kept everything fresh.
Space: The apartment was generously sized and very comfortable.
Service: The entire team was exceptionally friendly and attentive.
Wi-Fi coverage: The internet worked fine in the living room, but there was no signal in the bedroom.
In-room amenities: The complimentary coffee provided in the room was quite low quality.
Food & dining: Both the breakfast and dinner buffets had very limited selections and lacked variety.
Comfort: The pillows were noticeably too small and could be much more comfortable.
