A spotlessly clean hotel with excellent food in the restaurant, just a stone’s throw from the national park, and with staff who are always on hand to help and provide us with some very interesting sightseeing.

Fantastic location right near the national park and very close to the shuttle bus and starting point for other activities. Restaurants and shops all close by. The staff were really helpful and answered many of our questions about the activities we'd booked in Periyar NP, they even saved breakfast for us when we were late back after our morning nature walk without us even asking them to. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony area on top. The setting of the hotel is very scenic and despite being on a busy road it is quiet and tranquil.
A bit warm at night due to no air conditioning.

I had an issue which I had caused myself and the hotel staff went out of their way to fix it successfully. They were brilliant ! The location was perfect for the lake and the food in their cafe great
