Best location and staffs but worst facility
Spacious room and bathroom, friendly staffs, convenient location close to Seomyun station, unlimited water bottles, various amenities, and coffee machine.
Old building with rundown appearance, clogged sink drain, no daily cleaning, and trouble with wifi connection. This was the first hotel I wanted to leave the 2nd day.

Very good
The hotel is situated near the line 2 station, and the neighbour is full of restaurants, street food and also a huge market. The room is big and comfy, with a huge bathroom. The room is provided with welcoming products, a mini fridge and also a drying cabinet. The staff is very polite.
There was smell of cigarettes in the room that never got away. The lights can be switched on and off only from the front door. I couldn't turn down the heat system so I had to sleep with the window open.

uncomfortable and unsanitary
the central location would have been convenient bad we stayed however we left after one night instead of two
The late check in time meant that by the time we saw the room, it was too late to find other accommodation as the room we had was mouldy and not liked to have been cleaned at all. I think it’s best the property update their pictures so guests can see the true state of the property. for nearly ₩200k, we got an uncomfortable night’s sleep in a windowless room with limescale on every surface of the bathroom and moulded surfaces.
