Ottima posizione nella piazza principale di Avola. Comoda stanza con arredi essenziali ma moderni. Bagno nuovo con bella doccia. Dispone inoltre di una cucina in comune per eventuale colazione.
Terrazza panoramica molto gradevole per relax e stendere teli bagno.
Presenza di bar pasticceria e di una fantastica arancineria proprio a fianco. Parcheggio gratuito e non, abbastanza facile nelle vie adiacenti, mentre la piazza resta chiusa in orario serale durante il periodo estivo.
Posizione strategica per visitare i dintorni (Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi etc..) e per le belle spiagge limitrofe. Ottima comunicazione con l'host Sebastiano sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o informazione.
Consigliato
Solo un piccolo suggerimento: magari mettere uno specchio anche in camera oltre a quello del bagno.

Struttura in centro, sotto vi é la piazza, bar, locale che fa arancini, e altri servizi da tabacchi a locali che vendono prodotti tipici.
Strisce bianche nelle vicinanze.
Terrazzino molto bello sopra alla struttura, purtroppo poco spendibile nel periodo in cui sono stata faceva troppo caldo ma molto bello e con vista sul centro.
Host molto cordiale.
Colazione non del b&b ma voucher di 5 euro a persona nel bar in piazza, sotto al b&b. No cambio asciugamano giornaliero.
Stanze un pochino piccole.
Per una stanza tripla darei almeno un paio di chiavi o almeno io preferisco aperture elettroniche così ognuno entra ed esce senza dover ricordare le chiavino doverle dividere tra gli ospiti della stanza.

Si trova sulla piazza principale ma nelle vie circostanti ho sempre trovato parcheggio. Meno di 10 minuti d'auto per raggiungere la spiaggia.

My wife and I wanted to hike Cavagrande and Vendicari reserves and the town of Avola was centrally located to both. We were lucky to find this B&B. Great location on Avola town square, which filled up at night with locals listening to music and enjoying the local cafes and restaurants. The B&B was terrific, basic but very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace is a definite highlight and we enjoyed having our morning coffee on the terrace and also a good place to chill out after hiking. There is also a small kitchen where we were able to make coffee and tea in the morning and warm up some snacks. The AC worked well and even though our room faced the central square, we didnt hear any noise while we were sleeping. Continental breakfast at the cafe in the square was also very nice. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. We had a car and were able to find street parking close by.
