I spent 1 night here on a layover and was pleasantly surprised about how well run, clean, quiet and spacious it was outside of the capsule, which was also totally fine and clean. Great location. I have stayed at other capsules in other countries and this is 5* among them

Good walking station to station
The cleaning frequency for the toilet bowl need to increase if there are 50% or more occupancy. Drinks for stay in guest should be at least 2 per day

The various facilities, the large manga library, and overall just being well equipped for all cases was nice. They even provide pijamas if needed.
The location is also great, very close to public transport, as well as the famous Ueno park.
It felt like an old dormitory, that was very well marketed, but in reality not that great. If we knew what we were getting into, it may not have been that much of a disappointment and could give 7 points instead of 6, but it was a bit shocking on arrival.
Cleanliness seems better than an old dorm, but the overall mood is not that great, and looking around almost feels sticky.
Not everything is clearly labelled, like start of no-shoe zone, or which button does what inside the capsule, but carefully looking around and Google Translate camera translation can help out.
