Value for money, and good location

The location, the facilities in the appartement.

The equipments are dated, like the shower head. The toilet has the yellow stains

A fantastic experience in a most beautiful part

Breakfast was not included. The location is very good near shops and easy walking trails along river. And the view is so beautiful it takes your breath away.

I would not recommend this place

The reception is located far from the Appartments + The location is very badly explained on the available map + The reception is open for a limited period + When you call them they are out of rest

Convenient location, basic apartment

The apartment is near the Telecabina, possible to walk there. That was our most important reason to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed. Online check-in was easy, parking was great, and when I had questions I got answers to my e-mails quickly.

Basic apartment. There was no view and it was dark and a bit chilly. The living room battery had a sound so couldn´t keep it on during the night. Also, I am not a fan of blankets. Beds had duvets but for the sofa only blankets. If 5 duvets are not possible could you think of duvet covers for the blankets, just a sheet with a blanket is just so old-fashioned.

"Fort Boayard" process with keys,indeed adventure to get to your room

If we are from foreign country, and switch to roaming, we cant call for the keys, or even write an e-mail to get the keys We had to go to the nearest hotel to catch wifi. Next time, I will just stay there

Disappointing

The furniture are in poor condition. The chairs are too old. My friend fell off from a chair suddenly while sitting. The nails were all loosen, and the whole seat came off. And my friend got hurt. It was really dangerous that they didn’t check the facilities before they let people to live in. I reported and complaint to them, but they only said “I sorry for the incident.” Poor service!

Poor

Canillo is a nice little town with a few restaurants and cafes. It's really small, so there is no good or bad location there - everything is close. This property is not exceptional in any way.

The windows overlooked a concrete wall, few meters high. There was practically no daylight in the apartment - quite an unpleasant surprise, especially that the description does not mention this nuisance. We booked for 3 people, but got only one duvet. The reception stuff when asked about another duvet answered there are blankets and we should be happy with that. The coach is far from comfortable to sleep and definitely is not an option to sleep 2 people. So, contrary to the description this is in reality an apartment for 2 people, not more. There is no reception, the staffed office is in El Tarter, few kilometers away. They are reachable by phone (mind the roaming charges!), but it does not mean they would be willing to solve your problems, if you have any. We were disappointed.

Superb

A very very nice warm clean flat 5 min away from the ski lift of Canillo and an area for good long walks along the river. For those with kids, there is something to do both down and up the mountain.

It would be nice to have a frying pan next time)

Comfortable stay and good value for money given it was out of season. Our keys were left in a small safe box inside the

Location, cleanliness, strong wifi, two big sofas, parking, quick response to all our quieries via Whatsapp.

Not the most comfortable beds and pillows. No dishwasher and yet a very big kitchen, so space not a problem. It would be helpful to provide a street number of the property in the booking confirmation, rather than S/N.

El boiler no soportaba 3 personas se duchando sequencialmente, entonces el último ha tenido que ducharse con agua fría. Para recoger las claves no estaba claro que debía seguir a otro local que es distante.

It was a great stay

Because I always go to Andorra twice a year, in winter and summer. In summer, I stay in the towns around Andorra city, which is perfect. There are fewer people, the surrounding environment is better, the mountains and rivers are close, and the scenic area is 100 meters away

The sofa bed is badly damaged, the kitchen cabinets are badly wooded and the facilities are a bit old, but the bathroom and bedroom are perfect

We were at the back of the building so we had no view at all.
