Lacked some oomph but good for young families looking for a simple break away from the city centre

Enjoyed the hotel room, view and layout. Clean, large rooms with comfortable beds and well equipped bathroom. Cot provided was torn and broken, daughter did not feel comfortable sleeping in it. The bed was big enough to accommodate all three of us. Tuzla is far from Sultanahmet so it took almost 90 mins to get there, it's quicker to get to Istanbul airport! However we only went there once and it wasn't a bother. Did not try the tram so I can't comment on that journey from the hotel.

Hotel food selection was simple and somewhat boring. The breakfast was great and had variety, but dinner tended to be bland and meats were dry. Their corn soup is sweetcorn with a salty rice starch liquid. Lentil soup was nicer. They said it was self serve when asked but proceeded to serve, and we felt a bit awkward going back up to ask for more to try something different. The food just lacked a bit of oomph, so it was underwhelming. Dessert was great though, milk cakes and chocolate cake full of flavour, although I think these are ordered in. Says on here that you get 2 hrs free private pool time if you have a superior or premium room and kids under 1 can swim with parents in the pool. However hotel staff said kids under 7 cannot use the pool. We were offered a 300 lira discount on Turkish family bath for 4 people (when we are 2 adults and 18m old). Was really really disappointed with this because I was most looking forward to swimming.

It was a nice stay for 2 nights. Nice spa hotel near Saw Airport. Nice Marina.

Nice hotel. Staff was good. There was an error on the booking. They. Fixed it. They booked taxis for us to go to marina and airport. Thermal . Pools where very nice, hot tub and sauna was niceThey give u slippers and towel. Everything was clean. Food was nice, different.variety. 3 course meal. Eat all you can. But you can’t really eat much, you get full. Going to marina was 2 pounds. There are some grocery shops and places to eat close to the hotel.

Pillows where too soft. Food had to be served by them. There’s 2 people serving. There was a long queue. It would be quicker to self serve.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Needs to be better advertised with accurate information!

There was a good variety of traditional food available for both breakfast and dinner. The ambiance of the hotel itself was faultless but front of house staff was the only let down unfortunately.

The staff member who I called in distress from the airport the night I landed was most unhelpful. I was left stranded for almost 2 hours in a strange city with yellow cabs and others trying to exploit my ignorance because no airport shuttle was provided as initially advertised. The Uber service was clearly unregulated and there was no acknowledgement of my ordeal making my way to the hotel (only 10 minutes from airport). I was charged for a journey I did mot take and cabs kept adding gratuity to rides.

Bed king size is achieved from e single beds. Upgrading room price versus comfort Front desk services (invoice has not been printed out and also they didn't sent by email as promised)

It wasn't comfortable, I wanted a holiday for Eid but it was below expectation

The staff is very helpful, but the hotel is old and there is no sound insulation between the rooms I could not sleep well because the sound of the TV and the conversation in the next room was loud .. The employee at the reception replaced the room for me, I had to accept it because I could not cancel the reservation,, The restaurant staff is good The swimming pool, jacuzzi and health services are good Briefly The staff is good and respectful, but the hotel itself needs renovation

The furniture is tired in the rooms and there is no sound insulation. Some guests were leaving food utensils in front of the rooms, and I watched them for the second day in their place!

breakfast was bad quality, paper thin walls, so you can hear every word. Some of the staff was not helpfull and unfriendly (Lady with black hair in reception).

nice stay

I made a reservation for my mom and dad.They were very tired. My dad could not make it dinner at the hotel restaurant.Mrs. Nese was so polite and nice. She helped us and send my father dinner to his room. They were helpful. Hotel itself does not look like 4 star. It maybe 3 star.

Hotel star is not correct. Looks like 3 star hotel.

Pleasant

Local people in the swimming pool are very noisy and keep on diving. Breakfast very poor Location among the factories

Very pleasant

The hotel is comfortable and calm. Spa area is very nice to visit. Breakfast and dinner were always freshly cooked and tasted very good. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. A metro station is located very close to the hotel.

There was sometimes quite strong smell of smoking in the room which came not from outside but from another room
