Overall, everything about the hotel was good. The staff didn't speak English, which made it difficult.
The food variety was poor and it felt like a rehabilitation center.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast is ok. The spa is something to try. The position was ok to reach the Tuzla bay in few minutes by taxi.
Unfortunately in the room there was a strong smell of smoke. The pillows were very small and fluffy. Also in the bathroom there was a strong smell.

The hotel was OK. It worked for us for work but there was nothing about locally. The marina was nice, about a 20 min drive out where there were some shops, bars and restaurants.
The SPA facilities were ok. Pool was small but did the job along with sauna, steam and other facilities
(Make sure you take a swimming hat or you have to buy one).
No WiFi and we couldn't get on it after asking the reception 3 times to sort it. Not great when away for business and needing access to emails etc.
My colleague's bedroom lights were broken for the 4 days we was there, again, was told they were fixed but entering the room on day 2, they wasn't.
Breakfast was pretty poor. A very small selection and if you didn't like eggs, you we're going to struggle getting a good meal to start the day.
We only ate dinner 1 night in the hotel. It was JUST OK. Chicken and rice and some salad.
