Lovely stay, wonderful place, highly recommended.

The pool is big and clean and nice. The complex is beautiful and everything was well-kept.

It would have been nice if the hotel had a restaurant on premise, but very nice restaurants were located nearby. :)

Very good

Modern building. Nice pool, not too crowded.

It is located a bit too far from Budva. Not a walking distance. The beach is a bit too far and is very loud and loaded with people. The hotel wifi is not working at the pool.

Nice stay with room for improvement.

The room is spacious with all the amenities one needs for a short holiday stay. The bed was a super comfortable king size and the bed linen and towels were of good quality. Same for the cot provided for our child - it's a proper cot with adapted bed linen - it was very much appreciated. The terrace with the pool/sea view is a big plus (for the rooms that have it) and we loved the pool which is right underneath the rooms, easy to reach and clean. It's perfect for both adults and kids and was probably one of the reasons we chose the Belvedere residence. The little coffee shop/bar is very valuable considering there is not much around the appart hotel catering wise - a shame there is no food options served on the premises. The personnel is very kind and available and overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Not a non-smokers apart-hotel - some guests smoke inside their rooms and the smell of the smoke infiltrating the hallway and our room was at times really unpleasant. The kids play area advertised on Booking.com (pictures) does NOT exist and should not be presented as such. It's located under the stairs under the pool in an unfinalized area of the building amidst old ladders and all sorts of rubbish left behind by guests. It's not clean and really looks just abandoned there. The weekly cleaning of the rooms could be improved - we had to ask for the floors to be cleaned a couple of times and were told that the lack of personnel leads to a lack of time for them to spend on each room. Now as much as this can be understood, when one charges premium prices in the midst of a high travel season in a 4* accommodation, the minimum would be to ensure there is enough people working in good conditions so they can do their jobs properly. Last note would be on the beach - it's not a private beach as many have pointed out and it's not very easy to access. The signaling of how to get there via the staircases of the apart-hotel is unclear and confusing - it lands you down the heavily trafficked road 'magistrala' where you then need to look for a crossing which isn't flagged anywhere. The other way is via the main entrance of the apart-hotel and with a small child it will easily take you 15 min or more, which is not the end of the world, but not a comfortable walk. I would add that the best beaches are not the ones right down the hill (crowded and not well kept). Rent a car and head to Kamenovo Beach, King's & Queen's beach, Sveti Stefan/Milocer, Tivat (Waikiki, Almara Beach, Lustica Bay), Boka Kotorska...

- The pool with great view - Big rooms in quite good standard (new furniture)

- Difficult personel, with no english some of them - Mistakes in booking profile (check-in and check-out time) - Elevator didn't work when we were living the hotel - Personel didn't change the towels in the room even once - 50 € in cash deposit for the small pilot to "free parking"

I liked view and pool

Not baby stroller friendly location (a lot of stairs everywhere); they have short way to the beach which is good but not If you have baby in stroller (you can't avoid stairs) so you have to go all around or carry stoller. Big - is that we had connected room (with another app) and we smelled in our app what they were cooking and also they were a bit loud you could hear them singing (around 2 am).

overpriced

pleasant swimming pool. they provide transfer from aero port , good view from terrace. spacious room

-kitchen facilities are not enough to prepare a good meal. the pot and pan are too small. we asked for bigger once, but we got nothing. - cleaning was not on the good level. they said they make proper cleaning once in 4 days, but it was also not good enough. even after that “ proper cleaning” it was dirty in the bathroom . - location is on the hill. it is difficult to climb all the stairs during the summer heat. - in general for this level of hotel is very overpriced. the furniture is old fashioned and it looks like 90-s design - we would not recommend Becici as a destination for relaxing vacation. it is full of people, night clubs that makes it very noisy and no even space for walking on the promenade.

Friendly helpful staff and cleanliness and a nice big comfortable bed

The pool was closed but not mentioned on the website and the view must be a year or more old because there's now two hotels blocking the view and the hotel hasn't changed its pictures,so I would not have chosen this hotel for these reasons and the satellite TV has one English speaking channel and no films

Vent in the bathroom is very noisy. WiFi was so bad, that it was not possible to watch YouTube in 144p quality (speedtest shows 2-3Mb but not stable). The stove was beeping every 4-5 hours. Not too loudly, but at 3 AM it didn't make me happy.

Apartment is quite big and comfortable. A pool is nice. The hotel is 7-10 min walk from a good restaurant and supermarket.

We got what we want, comfort apartment, parking and great balcony with see view.

I got what I paid for, what was presented online. Communication was easy, apartment was big and it had balcony with great view. Free parking included.

We stay one night and I didn't find anything that I didn't like.

Perfect beach-side apartment!

The apartment was great! Spacious, clean, neatly arranged, we were even provided with bath robes and slippers! Unfortunately, we did not get a room with sea view (nor baking oven), but didn't matter so much since we could easily go down to the pool from where the view was amazing (There is also a direct way to walk down to the beach and get to the supermarket). The bed was super comfortable and the water in the shower came with a good pressure and no problems with hot water. The location of the apartment is perfect if you wanna enjoy a quiet holiday but still want to have the possibility to visit Budva or the monastery nearby. We will definitely go back in the summer!

Next time we will request an apartment with sea view and baking oven. The one we were given only had a microwave oven.

Fabulous

Good hotel, big rooms, great shower area, good view, walk to a beach which is better then all city center beaches. Taxi 5 euros (11 euros after 9 pm) to old town/center.

It is a good facility, but for the time we were there (just off the season, too cold for the beach), it was expensive. If you are not going to the beach, a place in the city center is a better choice.

Exceptional

The pool was perfect, large, clean and it had the sun all day. We got a free upgrade to studio with balcony and it was perfect. Good wifi throughout the complex.

Would have been nice to have a bar or restaurant on site but not a deal breaker.
