Great place to stay if you want to go to the theme park often, but don’t expect anything luxurious

Location is near Jeju Shinhwa world theme park, with discounted tickets (free rides) provided for hotel guests.

Not exactly walking distance to the shopping mall and facilities such as the swimming pool. Had a tough time to even find where to park the car to get to the shopping mall (not possible to walk there). Had expected the mall to be more accessible and with more shops but it was disappointing. Also, couldn’t request for single beds and was stuck with a queen sized bed. Can’t choose to add a proper bed also, as only futons were available and the futons were literally just a thin bed sheet so it feels like you are sleeping on the cold hard floor. Very very sad. Service was so so.

value for money!

a beautiful apartment! look exactly like the photos! very spacious, could fit my family of 7 with one extra futon! love the master bedroom! beautiful bathroom.

the soundproofing in the house could have been better. that seems to be the case in Korea. thin walls or walls are not fully concrete.

Nice place to stay in for a few nights, good for family

The 3 bedroom apartment is spacious and very comfortable for our family with 4 adults and 3 children. We paid for 2 extra futons so everyone had a proper bed. There is a convenience store and a bakery within the development, handy for getting quick meals and breakfast needs. There are a few restaurants a 10 minute walk away but these are just simple food outlets.

The kitchen facilities are basic and could be better. There is a dishwasher but no dishwasher detergent. Similarly, there is a washing machine but no detergent. At other apartment type rentals, small packs of detergent are provided just enough for the stay so the guests do not need to buy a pack just for 3 nights stay. Also, no dish towels. The pots and pans are big. A small saucepan for heating milk would be good. I’m not sure about the wine fridge, I wonder why there is a need for one.

It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay!

- Clean and well-equipped with full cooking appliances and washing machine. - Apartment was spacious and well furnished. - Comfortable beds in the 3 bedrooms and the generous size of the 2 bathrooms

Great location and Apartment

Apartment was very clean, Large room’s, Nice Breakfast buffet, and excellent location for most of Jeju island activities.

Expensive breakfast and not much options around. cleaning service was not on daily basis, only once on 2nd day of stay.

Best Place in Jeju

The rooms were large, clean and comfortable for our large family. Location is great and there are many things to do close by. I definitely recommend this to anyone heading to Jeju.

Excellent accommodation, average location, few amenities nearby

Very spacious apartment. Exceeded our expectations in terms of space and comfort. Facilities were modern, parking is free and housekeeping did a good job keeping the apartment clean.

It's quite far from many attractions on Jeju so stay here only if you have a rental car. It would have been nice for the hotel to inform us in advance not to unload all our luggage first as the apartments are spread out over a big area, not near the reception. We had five huge luggages and after checking in at the main reception, found out we had to reload all our luggages again into our rental car to drive to our apartment. The reception also gives a resort map of its layout but everything is printed so small that it's hard to read. For such a nice resort, they should print a bigger better map for its guests.
