there were extensive facilities within the apartment and the main conceirge area! Jimjilbang was nice and not overcrowded. There was a shuttle on request to bring us back to our apartment within the vicinity from the conceirge area, also a very large apartment with impressive kitchen facilities.
Parking was a little bit of a trouble on the first day, but we found out the next day that we could drive to the back for more options!

High-end finishes, spacious and clean rooms.
No microwave

Room size was great. Service good. Emails answered promptly.
1. For tourists who dont speak Korean, the property could not help book any restaurants unless it was their restaurant.
2. Towels were not changed daily since housekeeping is not daily.
3. We had a party of 6, I reminded them multiple times about providing towels for everyone. I had to continue reminding each time it was time for change.
4. The property had no cot available. They did not offer a futon instead. Instead I was made to pay for a daily futon.
5. The property is quiet but far from many things. Luckily there were a couple of convenience stores around.

Good location
Looks dated. Rooms didn’t feel very clean. Dusty. Definite wear and tear in the toilets.
