Sipho gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and Marcus was friendly and helpful during check-out. Both were professional, approachable, and made us feel valued. The property was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which contributed to a very pleasant experience
Our stay was enjoyable overall; however, some other guests in the building were noisy after 00:00, which was a bit disruptive. Fortunately, the noise did not last very long and did not significantly affect our stay.

Very well located and Safe and priced very reasonable.
There’s No Bedside Lamps so it’s very inconvenient to get out of bed to switch off a bedroom light.Also I was very disappointed that the Shower was blocked so I could not use it during my stay as it flooded the ONSUITE Bathroom floor at Room 101.The other inconvenience is having to check in at 12 Antrim then walk all the way to Odyssey especially with the Cape Town Wind gusting when we arrived.Nut if ever u guys are interested in Selling 1 of ure Apartments-let me know as im very interested in investing in Cape Town.

Location is good.
The check-in process is far below the standard I would expect.
Firstly, guests are required to report to an address different from the property where they will actually be staying, as there is no direct access to the accommodation itself. Upon arrival, you are required to contact a staff member who has to travel from another location to assist with the check-in. In our case, we had to wait approximately 12 minutes at 21:00 while standing in the street at night, with our luggage and personal belongings. This was both inconvenient and concerning from a safety perspective.
Once the staff member arrived, the check-in was conducted at what appeared to be a kitchen counter rather than a proper reception or check-in area.
We were then escorted to our accommodation (which is located on a separate property), requiring us to drag all of our luggage approximately 150 metres across an uneven and rough road surface at night. Upon reaching the unit, we were required to complete another check-in process.
Overall, the process was unnecessarily complicated, inconvenient and uncomfortable, particularly given the late arrival time and the lack of secure, direct access to the accommodation. The check-in procedure should be reviewed and improved to provide guests with a safer, more convenient and professional arrival experience.
