Gute Lage.
Im Bad riecht es massiv aus dem Duschabfluss. Das ist teils kaum auszuhalten, selbst mit dauerhaft Fenster offen und geschlossener Tür. Im Haus und extrem auch im Fahrstuhl ist es genauso. Vermietung meint, dass dies so normal in alten Gebäuden sei und jeder hätte ja auch ein anderes Geruchsempfinden. Die Wohnung ist zudem ein bisschen abgewohnt, sie wird laut Vermietung auch seit Jahren vermietet. Seltsam, dass dann kaum Rezensionen auftauchen, und wenn nur gute.
Schlafplatz unter dem Dach zu heiß.
