Right in the centre of Bratislava with very clear and easy self check in. No air con but a huge fan. There is a great jazz bar with live music across the square.
The loo door was very flimsy!

The apartments are conveniently located in Bratislava’s Old Town, making them a good base for visiting the city. Our room was spacious, clean, and had the basic facilities needed for a short stay. The host was also kind enough to let us check in a little earlier than the scheduled time. Overall, the price was reasonable for the accommodation provided.
The photos on Booking.com are somewhat misleading. They prominently show the attractive historic buildings surrounding the property, while it is difficult to tell that the apartments themselves are located in a modern, rather nondescript building. Although our room was clean, the building and its common areas were poorly maintained and had noticeable cleanliness issues.
The main problem was comfort at night. The room was quite hot, and although a portable air-conditioning unit was provided, it was very noisy and not particularly effective. The bed linen also felt rough and unusually warm, rather than like normal cotton sheets, which made the heat more uncomfortable. We therefore ended up sleeping with the windows open, which meant considerable street noise throughout the night.

The proximity to cafes, bars, restaurants and public transportation was great.
It was incredibly noisy, we were not aware there is a nightclub downstairs on one side, and a restaurant on the other. This coupled with loud conversations and partying until the early hours makes it very difficult to get a good nights sleep.
We could also hear the noise from the adjoining apartments and in particular the toilets alas they make quite a loud noise when flushed.
