This very clean and furnished 2-bedroom apartment is located in a beautiful spot, at a 5-minute walking distance from Albufeira old town. Carlos stayed up late to welcome us in the apartment and showed us around at an odd hour, as we were arriving late. They were so considerate to give us some essentials - milk, bread, cheese, ham - to get us started. The beds are very comfortable, the linen and towels fresh and clean and the internet fast and reliable. The air conditioning works well too, although we only needed it for a few hours late at night in 'heating mode'. The kitchen has all the appliances, utensils, crockery that one could need. The sun shines through the big south-facing glass windows and balcony all day. The views of the spectacular beach are stunning, the location is super-convenient, the host Carlos is very helpful. There is not much one can do to improve it at all. It was indeed a memorable week that we spent in Albufeira. We will not hesitate to recommend it highly to friends and family!

This was a clean and spacious property with a wonderful view. Easy walking to marina, old town and no problems getting uber, buses and trains to explore the Algarve.
Carlos and Landa were very helpful and even picked us up at the airport and drove us to the supermarket that night for supplies.

Carlos and Landa were excellent hosts. Their condo was beautiful, great location and the view from the balcony was the best! Everything you need is within walking distance. Amazing restaurants, live music every evening on streets or in bars, restaurants. We were surprised at how safe, comfortable and at home we felt. Beach can not be topped. Overall, four sisters had the best vacation ever!!

We woke to an amazing sunrise, and were able to sit on the balcony to take in the view of beautiful crescent beach. It's out of the bustle of the main tourist area, but still close enough to walk when you want to. The apartment itself is well appointed & has all the things that you would need for any length of stay.
Fantastic restaurants were close by, & a small wine/liquor store was right around the corner.
Carlos even arranged for his son to pick us up at the train station; what service.

Could not say enough about our stay at Casa Latino. Our hosts Carlos and Landra really went above and beyond to help us from start to finish. The transfer, Miguel made us feel so much at ease in getting from the airport in Faro to Albufeira. Our return trip was just the same. The apartment was well furnished and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms spacious. Other than the small hiccup on how to work the stove we couldn't have asked for more. Carlos sorted it out for us. For my first trip to Portugal, I was more than impressed. My friends were very happy that I booked with Carlos and I'd love to return for another stay.

The property was perfect. It was located outside of the action area so it wasn’t too noisy , but perfectly located to get to the beach directly out the front. And a short walk into the old town. The view is amazing and the property was like a home away from home.

Well appointed/supplied and very adequate apartment with a balcony overlooking the beach. Walking distance to everything in Albufeira. Adequate/free street parking nearby.Carlos and wife (Odellia?) most gracious and available hosts.
Only missing a couple of beach chairs which would have been a nice add to the many beach umbrellas available.

I can’t say enough about this apartment. It was clean and spacious for 4 adults, beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Located next to the stairs and elevator to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk to the Square. Carlos and his wife were excellent hosts and always available to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

This property owned by Carlos and his wife is fantastic . It’s in a beautiful location overlooking the beach and very close to all other amenities , restaurants and shops . The inside is immaculate beautifully decorated and extremely clean . The owner is very helpful , I love it and will be back ❤️❤️

Just got back from a lovely week in Albufeira, Carlos and his wife were lovely , met us at the apartment to explain how everything worked. The apartment itself had a lovely open plan lounge and kitchen with everything you could want also two big double bedrooms both with ensuite. Most importantly was the location and view , come out and turn right, 20 minutes walk to the marina with bars and restaurants or 10 mins left into the old town and 5 minutes to the beach The view from the balcony is lovely to wake up to every morning with a coffee watching the sun rise ... In all perfect all round.

Our 3 week stay at this property was wonderful. Carlos and Landa are amazing hosts! They were so helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Kind enough to pick us up at train station, and even stopped at the grocery store (it was late and would have been closed later) and waited while we picked up provisions. And even more above and beyond, they picked us up one day for a great tour of their beautiful Albufeira region and took us to a wonderful Piri-Piri restaurant for lunch--delicious food and wine flowed. We cannot say enough great things about these wonderful people!
Pride in owndership is evident throughout this 2 bedroom apartment. It is extremely spacious and very well appointed. The pictures of the property are not exaggerated in any way! Of all of our travels over the years, this was definitely the best view that we've had. It was perfect!!! And what an amazing location in old town Albufeira. Walking distant to a grocery store, many bars and restaurants, the marina (many other great restaurants), and the beach! Great for people watching. We joked that we were the envy of all as they walked by us and saw us up on the balcony. :)
Albufeira is also a great central location in the Algarve. We rented a car for one week, to explore neighboring villages, and everything was easy to get to.
While we always try to go to new locations, I have a feeling that we'll return here--and it will definitely be to this property! Thank you so much Carlos and Landa! Paul & Michelle

An interesting mix of locals and tourists. Very European. The location of property is in the same building where Portuguese people live. Be aware of 20 stairs to your apartment. I would not suggest renting a car as the streets are extremely narrow and the closest parking is 400 yards. But that also makes it romantic and different from our US and Australian experirnces.

This property was amazing. Very clean, all utensils for cooking, very spacious (especially the bedrooms), perfect location in Old Town (very peaceful considering location) and to wake up and watch sunrise every morning on balcony....... absolutely loved it

Beautiful apartment but construction work unbearable
While I can’t fault the apartment and the location is perfect, we were unable to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sea views, there were cement lorries just beneath the apartment as well as cranes and Jack hammers working from early morning right through the day. A heads up from the landlord would have been nice, since we booked it 20 months prior, if we had known we would definitely have cancelled and booked elsewhere. This work is going on until September. So very disappointed as the reason we booked this apartment was for the views.

Thankfully we got a chance to go back to our favourite place Carlos's apartment in Albufeira for two whole weeks and it was definitely worth waiting for!
The apartment is looking as beautiful as ever, so spacious for the two of us, with everything we need, it's home from home!
The location suits us perfectly as it is so close to the old town, the wonderful beach and the Intermarche supermarket.
We can't say thank you enough to Carlos and Landa for the lovely wine and for completely spoiling us and making our holiday extra special, you are both so kind and simply the BEST!
We hope to be back again and until then, thank you for everything you do for us.

The apartment was clean and well equipped and cannot be faulted but I was very disappointed at having my stay disrupted by cranes and lorries being unloaded. Perfect property and host.
The apartment was absolutely beautiful with stunning view. Everything needed was available including nice gift of wine on arrival. Breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the beach with envious looks from the passerby. Wonderful experience with wonderful hosts and will definitely return.

This apartment is very large ,spotlessly clean with all the comforts of home and has the best views in Albufeira .
The location is perfect for the beach with a lift directly outside to take you down to it, it’s a 3 minute walk to the Old Town with all the amenities you could wish for.
The Owners Carlos and Landa are very attentive we received an E-Mail before we travelled offering to pick us up at the airport and take us to the supermarket and visited once during our stay to change towels and see if we needed anything,we had a fantastic time and honestly could not fault this property.

Perfect In Every Way !
We have just returned from a excellent weeks holiday at this beautiful apartment ! Clean, comfortable and equiped with everything you will need ( and more ) for a self catering holiday. The beach is right on the doorstep and easily accessed via the lift/down the stairs or down the ramp. Excellent restaurants within a short walking distance and a 5 minute walk into the old town square if you fancy something a little more lively ! The views from the balcony are amazing, make sure you get up early enough to see at least one sunrise whilst your there... it's stunning ! Carlos & Landa couldn't have been more helpful and they really are lovely people. We had trouble with our flight out there and arrived at the apartment at 11 pm, they were both still there waiting to greet us with big smiles on their faces and had even put together a tray of essentials for us ( and very welcome it was too ! ). There's nothing much more I can say really.... apart from we booked to stay again next year before we'd even left this year ! ;)

Old town apartment with a stunning view of the beach
We have stayed many times in Albufeira old town and after staying in Carlo’s beautiful apartment would never want to stay elsewhere.
Right from commencing the booking process, and through our stay, Carlos and Olando were so helpful quickly replying to any queries we had.
The apartment was just as described, lovely and clean, and was very well equipped.
The location was perfect for us, just a short stroll to the old town square, and just meters from the lift to the beach.
The balcony offered a stunning view of the beach and was just perfect for people watching and enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening.
All together a 5🌟� experience

Great holiday spot by the sea
This is our second stay at Carlos’ flat, which suits us girls perfectly as a holiday destination, and the property provides everything that we could wish for. It makes a great difference too to have lovely accommodating hosts! We plan to be back next year.

Wonderful location
My husband and I would definitely use this apartment again. Very spacious and clean. Both bedrooms had their own en suite. Fabulous view from the balcony, lovely to hear the waves! Wonderful location with lots of lovely local restaurants within a few minutes walk , all with terraces overlooking the beach but only 10 minutes on and you are in the lively old town square.

Home away from home
We had a wonderful week in Carlos and Landa's lovely apartment. You were terrific hosts by answering our questions before we arrived; by taking us to the supermarket to pick up some groceries; and by dropping off some beach towels for the kids. The apartment was clean, spacious and well set out for a family of 6. We enjoyed the spectacular view of the beach and that we were far enough from the noise of the market square yet close enough to all the restaurants and local shops. We would definitely return to this home stay. Thank you.

Spectacular views and location!
We stayed here for 1 week and it did not disappoint! The views were truly amazing from the deck and master bedroom. We loved the location of this apartment - it was very close to the main downtown square, but far enough away so that it was quiet and peaceful. You walk out the front door and you are literally at the elevator to go down to the beach. Carlos and his wife are so sweet and readily answered all of our questions during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!
