Great staff, very helpful booking excursions, no pushy sales and good general advice and history of where we stayed
Floor was a little gritty but slippers provided so all good and expected in a cave!

Perfect value for the location. Very good breakfast and friendly owner and staff.
Even the hotel is new it seemed old. Door in toilet wasn’t closing properly and sink was licking a little. But it didn’t bother. For the value it was great. Highly recommended.

The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The utensils and facilities are superb n beautiful location. Ease of locating n near to bus stops n easy access to the city.

fantastic breakfast!
amazing views from the terrasses ( 7 am watch the balloons over the valley!!!)
free street parking in front of the hotel
really strong sewage smell in the room.
complained to the staff. the solution was that they turned on an aroma diffuser.... if you got a room which smells: RUN
really a pity as everything else was great!
