Location is very good, I like this area of Tbilisi.
Room has 2 floors, I like it. Soft clean linen.
Hot shower, good towels.
Friendly staff.
Air conditioner.
Room was not cosy and not very clean.
Some 'design' things are very strange. For example, metal sink.
Shower cabin doesn't have sides, so all the floor is wet after the shower.
No socket near the bed.

I absolutely loved the decoration and the overall atmosphere of the place. It has the charm of an old traditional house, which really fits the character of Old Tbilisi. I especially loved my room and the mezzanine — that was a really nice surprise.
The hotel was also a pleasant surprise when I first walked in. Everything was so beautifully decorated and cozy, and it had a very warm and charming atmosphere. Those were definitely the things I enjoyed the most about my stay.
The only thing I was unhappy with was an issue with the shower in my room. Unfortunately, it caused a significant inconvenience towards the end of my stay, which had a considerable impact on my overall experience and is the main reason why I gave the property a lower rating.
