Cosy ground floor apartment in a quiet location, 5 min walk from a very nice, sandy beach, close to a supermarket, several restaurants and other amenities. Strategically located in a traditional Sardinian village close to the local beach with many other famous beaches nearby (Capo Comino, Berchida). Bathroom recently refurbished, new air conditioning system, fully furnished including cot bed for small children, outstanding outdoor space, external shower, barbecue, washing machine, dishwasher, parking.

Das Haus ist wirklich schön und gut ausgestattet. Man kann sogar zu Fuß zum Strand gehen. Der Strand ist für einen oder zwei Tage ganz ok.
Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen und wir würden 4,5 Sterne geben. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war, dass die Insektenschutz-Gitter alle kaputt sind und das Geschirr eine gründliche Reinigung vertragen könnte.

Sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohngegend. Für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern war es optimal. Es gibt einen schönen Außenbereich, eine Außendusche, einen Grill, Sitzgelegenheiten und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und die Kommunikation einwandfrei. Ein schöner Strand ist nur 300 Meter entfernt und auch eine gut Eisdiele direkt um die Ecke. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge genutzt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :)

Comunicazione con il proprietario prontissima tramite mail, arrivato sul posto ci ha accolto subito il referente del posto contattato via telefono.
Appartamento comodissimo con ampi spazi per tutte le necessità di una famiglia con bambini. Appartamento come da descrizione e forse meglio.
San Giovanni di sera non offre molto ma è a 5 minuti da La Caletta. Il mare dei dintorni è stupendo , quindi posizione ideale sia per rilassarsi che per andare alle principali ad spiagge.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen:
35 Autominunten zum Flughafen Olbia
10 Autominunten ins Gebirge
5 Gehminunten zum Strand in San Giovanni
Weitere schöne Strände in 5 bis 20 Autominunten zu erreichen.
Perfekte Lage, um die Gegend zu erkunden und schnell mal an den Strand zu gehen.
Unkomplizierte und schnelle Betreuung vor Ort.
Ausstattung (insbes. Klimaanlage und Grill ) gut.
