Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Ländlich. Es gibt ausreichend Sitzplätze im Garten oder vor dem Haus. Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden. Ideal für Ruhe suchende. Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und gehen auf Wünsche ein. Brötchen Service ist super. Wohnung ist sehr sauber.
In der Küche könnte die Ausstattung ev. etwas aufgefrischt werden. z.B Weingläser.. Ansonsten war ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.

Il check-in in struttura è stato facile e senza problemi. Il posto auto in giardino permette facilmente di scaricare e caricare le valigie. Il giardino è ampio e dotato di tavoli e sedie dove stare di sera (sui tavoli ci sono le candele contro le zanzare che purtroppo escono verso sera e possono essere fastidiose). L'appartamento che abbiamo scelto era molto grande e aveva tutto il necessario per soggiornare in quattro. La cucina è ben fornita e grande. Il salotto col piano è stato davvero piacevole per spendere le ultime ore della sera in tranquillità a leggere sui divani. Gnies è posizionato bene per raggiungere i luoghi più interessanti dell'isola (Jasmund, Binz, ecc.). Il supermercato più vicino è Lidl a soli 10-15 minuti di auto. Durante il soggiorno abbiamo ricevuto ogni mattina pane fresco ancora caldo per iniziare con una buona colazione! Nel giardino c'era un coniglio e le galline con cui i bambini hanno giocato.
Considerando il tempo atmosferico raccomanderei di avere uno stendi biancheria da mettere in casa. Avrei apprezzato avere nel camino dei ceppi di legno da usare nel tardo pomeriggio o sera quando la temperatura scende un pò. Considerando la quantità di zanzare considerei delle zanzariere su alcune finestre per permettere di tenerle aperte di notte senza il rischio di trovarsi zanzare dentro le stanze.

Wir hatten zu fünft eine sehr geräumige Wohnung. Die Zimmer waren funktional mit teilweise schicken Antiquitäten eingerichtet. Besonders toll, als Familie, fanden wir, dass eine Waschmaschine im Bad steht.
