The air conditioning unit was uncontrolled. Very cold in the room but it can be fixed

The location is great: right in the heart of the Ciudad Vieja. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and spacious enough. Nice common areas
There could have been more hooks and shelves to hang and store our things. Breakfast was ok, but not worth the extra dollar for “fruits”, which was just one apple

Good location.
Super dirty bathroom, it had difinitely not been cleaned the day I was there. There was mould all over the shower curtains. Also I understand that they don’t have towels but there was not even paper for the hands. The bathroom didn’t have any space to put the things.
