Appartement super bien situé dans Saint Malo Intra Muros. Très bien équipé et calme. Equipe de Cocoon très aidante et réactive. Très facile de récupérer et redonner les clés. Merci pour tout!

Pas eux d’eau chaude 1 jours pour la douche pas top, je relancer le chauffe eau et c’était ok

Sleuteloverdracht duurde ruim een uur, de sleutel lag niet in het kluisje en er was moeizaam iemand te bereiken. Achteraf had de schoonmaakster de sleutel niet in het kluisje gedaan ook al was het al na 17.00 uur. Had aardig geweest om even iets drinken of koffie aan te bieden voor het lange wachten na een lange reis maar het was hier is de sleutel, doei.

Le logement est très bien situé intra muros c'est top. Il est spacieux et assez bien équipé et propre avec un bemol pour la literie.
La literie est franchement bonne à changer. Tant les draps et les matelas.
Deux matelas usés, beaucoup trop mous, une horreur pour dormir et un mal de dos garantie !
Vraiment dommage d'avoir fait l'économie d'une bonne literie au détriment du confort des voyageurs.

"We have used provider before, so we knew exactly what to do. We have a car and utilise the 'Rockabey" car park nearby. St Malo and the environs are great. We would stay longer if we could."
