Spacious room, huge bed, sparkling clean and spacious shower room! Lovely addition of breakfast room.
Good communication with host via messaging and video, very approachable manner.
Location excellent. Very little street noise despite closeness to centre. Lovely to walk up to the Park or down to St Cuthberts St for brunch
Only thing that I missed was a bedside light!

An amazing location if you're attending the Bedford Park outdoor concerts (2 min walk up the road to the park entrance). Parking right outside - either at the property or plentiful on street parking. Lovely hosts - very welcoming and helpful (great lunch recommendation at Herd, down the road!). Pastries, cereal & tea/coffee provided for breakfast which was a very welcome touch.
