This place accommodated my entire family of 5 people (4 adults and 1 toddler). The area is quiet and from what I could tell many of the houses around are also for renters. There is a washing machine to wash your clothes and a nice terrace where you can sit outside. It was literally 1 minute walk from a nice, quiet beach BUT note that if you need an umbrella and a sunbed you have to walk for 2 minutes up the beach. There is also a place to rent SUP which looks interesting.
It needs a little better upkeep - like a fresh coat of paint. Also, there was a noticeable smell in the living room - maybe it was from people sitting on the couch while being wet. Also, you will need a car to get around.

Second time staying here and my only moan from last year was the bed downstairs but this year must have changed it as had lovely nights sleep. Location is great as long as you have a car but you only ten minutes from the airport and loads of restaurants and shops near by in Kitti. And 100 yards from a lovely beach as you can see in the photo
Nothing, can’t wait to return next year, the neighbours are very friendly and if you like cats this is the place to be
