The house is located at the best beach in Sammos. It takes around 30seconds to jump in the sea. House was lovely decorated and new. Our host was always ready to help and gave a lot of informations. We will definetly visit again. Thank you "Komşu".

Amazing location, really nice and cozy studio only a few steps from the beach and a beautiful view of the Mycale area. The property has everything you need for your stay ,in addition Chris (host) had some traditional handmade products waiting for us , such as handmade marmelade or even free range chicken eggs. Greek hospitality at its best!! Looking forward to visit again!

Amazing sea view, very comfy bed , excellent location right on the sandy beach you couldn't be closer, peacefulness of the morning and evening sleep or relax hearing the source of the sea and the unique handmade decorations and the attention to detail 😊🏝️

Quaint studio beautifully presented.

Great location for the beach. Tucked away little haven for 2 persons. The lovely farm fresh eggs, herbs and olive oil for use were a nice touch kindly produced by the host. Beach towels provided.

The lack of shelf or caddie in the shower for one's soap/gel, shampoo etc. Construction going on right next door - hopefully it will not be forever.

Amazing beach view and chill room.

Thanks for hosting us Chris, it was very nice! The room was good, you can see the beach from the apartment, it was really nice to just enjoy the view from the front porch. The sand beach and sea is next to the apartment, you can walk it within 10 seconds. It was perfect for our week at Samos.

Amazing stay I would definitely go back.

Everything! The view, the bed very comfortable, the design of the studio was very nice and is literally located by the beach. The owner was also super nice and helpful. And very attentive, we got few goodies as a welcome pack.

Unfortunately there was some noise coming from the house next door but the host made a real effort to offer a solution and it was all managed very smoothly.

Wonderful

I highly recommend to stay here. Chris is a lovely host, he makes sure you have everything you need. The apartment view is amazing, the people in the area are super friendly, waking up and going for a refreshing swim right next to your apartment.. it’s all wonderful. Just book it.

Very good

Tranquillity, the only sounds you will hear: sea and occasional fishing boats. Ground floor studio is not large, but filled with lots of light. Proximity to the sea is literally steps away. Coffee on the terrace with the view was a lovely ritual we enjoyed each morning. Chris, the host, is always easy to reach and extremely helpful.

Obviously there is nothing could be done about that, but there is a lack of privacy on the terrace, while the neighbours might be passing up and down through nearby stairs.

Nice apartment with amazing view!

The short distance to the nicest beach on Samos. The amazing view on Turkey and the extraordinary kindness of the host! - Jelle & Suzanne

The mattress wasn’t the best, but we slept fine on it. Showering gets a little messy, a shower curtain could fix that.

Little corner of heaven

The location is fabulous. It is a cozy comfy clean space. With all sort of amenities. Including an outside shower. Nice touches with a basket full of local products on arrival. Outside shower and lovely balcony facing the sea. You literally are 1 minute walk to the sea. There is also a book full of suggestions for restaurants. The host Christos will answer any of you questions or needs.We liked so much that we are coming back next year.

We were met by the parents of the owners on arrival who helped me with our bags and gave us some beautiful treats and showed us around....amazing place and people/hosts...would definitely come back
