About this house rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this lovely house for $369 per night is a great option for your next trip. This beautiful 4-story custom built Caribbean inspired single family beach house will take your breath away with finest furnishing and amenities. The house is professionally painted and decorated with warm colors and styles yet cool soothing island vibes. New flooring in three bedrooms (2021). The first level welcomes guests through a spacious foyer. On the 2nd floor you'll be greeted by warm colors of the dining and living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE profile stainless steel French door refrigerator & freezer and other appliances. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, each having its own bathroom and a furnished deck. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer also on this floor. The master bedroom on the fourth floor with a furnished deck. Master bath has extended size shower & a vanity. One block to beach & boardwalk. Please see further details on more info. of this house. This house has a private 2- car garage with porcelain tile flooring. Each bedroom has flat screen Smart TV mounted onto the wall and remote control. The family room has 56” flat screen Smart TV with cable as well. Entertainment system has a DVD/CD player. Wireless highspeed internet and WiFi available as well. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, blender & dishwasher. All toilette seats have self-retraction top. Please bring your own linen and paper products. We provide one complimentary roll of toilette paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towel for the kitchen. This house is closed to the board walk, the bay and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, bar & grill restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk. There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit. First 50% of total is due at booking time , balance is due 45 days from check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are due in full at the time of signing the contract. Security deposit will be refunded within two (2) weeks from the check out date if there is no damages to the property. We only rent to Families and group of adults over 25 years old.. The property is children friendly, and no pets allowed. NO college or high school groups. All inquires must provide a cell phone number. Please contact owner for further inquiries. We had a fabulous stay at this property over Labor Day Weekend! Christina was responsive to questions and the location was awesome being so close to the beach and boardwalk. The house was great, clean and easy to access and our group had a fantastic time!

We loved how close the house was to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t have to move our cars once! Unfortunately, the dryer was broken which was rough when we were hoping to have one (necessary with an infant!). Upon arrival, it appeared that the floors were not cleaned since the previous renter. They were covered in sand and turned socks/bare feet black. We were only able to find a small broom to sweep up before setting baby down. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum! There was sand in the beds from previous renter as well. One of the days, the power went out on the block and coincidentally the front door smart lock stopped working. Half of our family was stuck inside and half stuck outside with no access initially (no manual way to get in house). We did reach out to owner, but it was a few hours before we had a reply. Thankfully, a neighbor was able to give us instruction on how to get the garage door up with power off so we could access house. The smart lock did not work the remainder of our trip and we had to enter and exit house through the garage. We did enjoy the location and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

Overall the property was beautiful. The dryer did not work but a previous renter had mentioned that so some of our guests were prepared for that but others weren’t. The property was in a prime location and seconds from boardwalk, will stay again with my family.

Location was great. Having garage was great. Size of house was perfect. Private baths for each bedroom, perfect. Along with the balconies. The floors were quite dirty and couldn’t find a mop so I bought one and left it. Baseboards and ceiling fans quite dusty. Dryer broken and washer sounded terrible. Would have been nice to know before getting there. Over all great place and look forward to renting again

Pride of ownership can be seen all over this property. Our trip was great and the location couldn't be better and having the garage was key, especially with parking. Very pleased with our choice. One block to beach and boardwalk! There are a lot of stairs between each level which needs to be taken in consideration if you have someone who can't handle stairs. Communication with owner was fantastic throughout the whole process - she was great!

We had such a great trip at Christina’s place! The house was sooo nice and spacious, and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is also great, super close the boardwalk/beach as well as the great restaurants on the bay side. Would definitely stay again!

It’s a block from the boardwalk so it’s easy to get there, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night. Having a garage was a plus as well. It was our first time using vrbo and we had a wonderful experience

Renting the property was easy and the description of the property was spot on for what we were looking for. Although physically checking into the property was very easy and convenient the time we were allowed into the property was not. We were promised 3 PM but we’re not allowed into the house until 4:30/5PM because there was a huge miss communication between the homeowner and the cleaning crew resulting in us having to change our whole night plans

I stayed at this house for 5 days with my family. It was great communication from the start! Christina is fantastic and made everything so easy from check-in to checkout. There was a mix-up with housekeeping but it was not a huge issue for us. Highly recommend this rental for a wonderful host experience and prime location to everything. We will be returning our next trip!

The living room furniture needs to be upgraded sofas/chairs. Sofa wasn’t comfortable for sitting it is more like a day bed than a sofa. There’s a musty/stuffy smell throughout the condo. Cleaning service is not doing a good job, trash was found behind the sofa. Rooms are spacious, no closet on third floor very inconvenient no place to hang clothes. Location of condo was great. Wi-Fi not good kept dropping. Poor air conditioning on third floor wall unit was disconnected from window had to do some patching.

My sister and I , Do not live close together. So I decided to rent a place at the beach and all of us get together. And that’s what happened and we had a wonderful time. And yes I would rent this condo again. It was beautiful.

Great Place!
Christina is an amazing host! The house was exactly as described and very close to the boardwalk. Christina checked in with us on our arrival day and was extremely responsive to us throughout our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this house and working with Christina!

No linens n dirty refrigerator & oven
The house is nice, the location is great. There was no sheets, blankets, towels or wash rags in the property at all. There was a lot of paint chips on the walls, dirty shots on the walls and the refrigerator and oven were Disgusting. The oven looks like it hadn’t been clean in months and the refrigerator had what looked like dry blood in all the cracks. I didn’t even want to put food in it. The third floor is very creepy and way to high for my liking.

Had a great time in ocean city with friends! Short walk to beach and restaurants. Christina was quick to respond to any questions. Condo has a lot of stairs that might be difficult for some people but overall a great place. Looking forward to visiting again!

Overall we were very pleased with this rental. Excellent location to downtown and very walkable to lots of amenities. Although the master bedroom was a bit musty smelling there was a dehumidifier that removed most of the smell. Would rent this location again.

I have been coming to Ocean City for over 20 years now. This is by far our favorite place we have stayed at. Very clean and well kept. Christina was great to work with and made sure we felt comfortable with the stay. I recommend this to everyone.
