We loved how spacious the unit was and the elevator was a huge help since my husband is disabled. The balcony was wonderful!!
The only complaint any of us really had was that the floors were extremely dirty. We had to wear shoes the whole time so our feet wouldn’t turn black. A mop, bucket and broom in the unit would have been great so I could just scrub it myself.

I feel that the management in the office were an absolute 15/10. She was so kind and helpful. I can’t remember her name, she was an older woman, but I can’t rave enough about her customer service and kindness. The condo we rented was massive, it was a perfect size with some extra room. Lots of storage/closet space. Huge balcony.
The back doors were blowing open after a big storm, the locks/handles were broken. There was a make shift latch screwed into the doors. The whole condo was very dirty. The floors were filthy, all of our feet were black after walking around for 20-30 minutes. All of our white socks were also black. The fridge wouldn’t get up to temp, and the AC stopped working until my cousin fixed it. Everything from the door frames, caulk on the showers and tubs and walls were very very dirty and peeling. We went to Walmart to buy our own comforter to avoid sleeping in the provided linens.
