The property was easy to find, looked well kept, and felt very bougie while sitting out by the pool.
The restaraunt service was good and the food was excellent!
Only complaint was tv didn’t work well, but that didn’t matter to us

Great location and very friendly staff.
We stayed in a guesthouse next to the 4-star hotel, which we were not aware of when booking. The room in the guesthouse was outdated and definitely not what we would consider 4-star accommodation. It was disappointing, and we felt a little misled by the way the accommodation was presented on Booking.com.

Breakfast, location, pool and facilities
Our room 5 was super weird. Enough space, but no fridge, leaking air conditioner above the entrance door.

The location to the waterfall was excellent. The staff was nice and friendly. Easy parking. Restaurant food and service was great and common area was nice
The room in the guesthouse especially bathroom was run down but the price was decent. Nothing to do in are but waterfalls and cave.
