De ligging
Airco werkt niet, in veel kamers niet meerdere gasten klaagden over hetzelfde!
Het was een snikhete kamer amper geslapen.
Dit 3 x toe aangegeven bij de receptie er is helaas niks aan gedaan.

Комуникацията липсва. Персонала не говори английски трудно се разбирахме за всичко и най-вече къде се намира паркинга и как се стига дотам, тъй като хотела се намира в пешеходна зона.Едниният матрак беше хлътнал и трудно се спи в твърда дупка. Закуската също не беше нещо особено нямаше даже и едно топено сирене или лабне, а хляба като че ли беше от вчера
