Excelente localização. Custo benefício, vale a pena.
Wifi sofrível durante todo o tempo.
Chuveiro esquentava muito e não havia como reduzir. A impressão é que a água quente vinha direta e não tinha como ´temperar´ com água fria.
No último dia o depósito de descarga do vaso sanitário não enchia mais de água para nova descarga.
Ao ligar a luz do banheiro, o barulho do exaustor era exagerado.
O controle remoto da tv não estava funcionando. Tive que fazer os comandos (ligar/desligar e troca de canais e volume) direto no aparelho de TV.

o estacionamento é em outro quarteirão e como estava chovendo , nem um guarda-chuvas eles tinham . Faltou cuidado com o cliente
