Not worth my money and I was highly disappointed

That I paid $150 for a hot tube room and the hot tub never worked l. It was old dirty towels in the cabinet, the bathroom sink looked like it was never wiped down.

Nice desk clerk and manager, but horrible room.

the bathroom was clean and had been updated, the desk staff were friendly

the room decor was very beat up and shabby, dirty bedspread, shredded ripped up curtains, charging plugs didn’t work, greasy microwave, harsh garish lighting in bedroom and low bathroom light. terrible room. asked for an extra blanket- apparently none in hotel.

Very good

Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable.

The only issue were a group of loud people in the hallway.

This was a convenient location for our purposes and would recommend.

The staff was very friendly and everything we needed was available.

The heat unit needs to be cleaned.

I will not stay again and not sure I will use Booking .com as it was what kept me from asking for my money and leaving

it smelled like smoke so badly I had to wash all my clothes as soon as I could

It sucked!!

As soon as you enter the lobby you are hit by the smell of marijuana. Run down dark dreary room. The bathroom smelled like mildew and urine. Curtains were in shreds. Will never stay in another Super 8.

The rooms were not clean had to switch rooms twice. beds aren’t comfortable, tub was cracked.

Horrible place to stay!

I checked 3 separate rooms and all 3 smelled of cat urine. The night manager stated no that is our cleaner and asked if I wanted her to spray air freshener, I told her no and to just cancel my reservation and I left.

If the holiday inn next store had available rooms we would have stayed there.

When we arrived the hotel room still had trash inside room including a beer can on top of fridge. Used shampoo bottles in the shower toilet tissue was almost gone. The floors turned my kids feet black from being so dirty . Beds where very uncomfortable. Asked for a none smoking room and we received a smoking room . Terrible experience

Passable

Location was right off the freeway, easy to find and near several gas stations and restaurants. It was near a large parking lot convenient for truck drivers. The night clerk was at the desk and not hidden in a back office so service was immediate.

While technically clean there was a smell that permeated the entire building. I had booked a room but the clerk had trouble finding my reservation. There was no public bathroom despite there being a dining area.

Smelled like stinky weed

The value was ok, since we really needed a place to crash for the night before getting back on the road.

When booking my room I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Yet the room absolutely reeked of weed. I’m not sure how any employee couldn’t have noticed this as the smell permeated the halls as well.

This place was very disgusting!!! I hate that I wasted my money.

Absolutely nothing at all!!!!!

This place was horrible, The toilet leaked, floor was nasty. There was hair and spiders in the shower and tub. The television didn’t work with the remote control, The ironing broad was extremely nasty, sheets and towels had stains. The top sheet had been burned, the mirrors were nasty, so was the nightstands. The top of the microwave was filthy, the inside of the refrigerator was torn apart. The hallway was extremely hot and smells horrible. They didn’t offer a real breakfast as well.
