the best stay in Lapi, secluded riverside cabin to dream of

the place is very very nice! clean small cabin just in front of the lake, with private access to a small beach. there also is a telescope available for winter northern lights! the cabin itself is pretty small, but has a large old school Sauna with wood fired stove and an outdoor kitchenette and fridge, and a BBQ gas grill outside! we had the best time with a 5years old kid.

only issue: bathroom is separated and very old school

Lovely cottage for an overnight stay

The location was just perfect after visiting Ranua Zoo. We slept very well because the beds were comfortable. The sauna was really nice and we all enjoyed it very much! I can imagine in the summer time the cottage is really lovely place to stay (you can swim and do barbeque), and it is a wonderful place for two travellers or small families who have a cot for the child.

Travellers often need to recharge telephones, cameras or computers: it would be great if there was more than one power point for recharging all the batteries. Also one of the beds could be slightly larger so that one of the parents could sleep there with the child better (we are a family of three persons with 7 years old child) :) Otherwise nothing to complain, we really liked the cottage and our stay.
