Situated in Olhos de Água, this attractive villa for $144 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Villa Duma is a modern 4 bedroom villa with private pool and jacuzzi. (Both of which can be heated for an additional charge - Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week. Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week). The villa has Internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms. Accessed by steps, the villa comprises of fully fitted and equipped kitchen with electric oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and separate laundry room with the washing machine. The spacious living / dining area accesses the pool and terraces and has sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower rooms. Stairs access the first floor where there are 2 further bedrooms, each with large double beds, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms (bath with shower over). These bedrooms share a large terrace which has stairs accessing the ground floor terrace/pool area. Externally there is off-street parking, private swimming pool, private jacuzzi and gardens. The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 10 minutes walk and a golf course just 2 minutes walk. Ideally located just 15 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35 mins. Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 2 minutes walk from the house. There are several water parks close by as is the excellent Zoo Marine with famous Dolphin shows, all within a 25 min drive. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car. The overall feeling within the gates of Vila Duma is one of tranquility and peace. All facilities of Villa Duma, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only Airport transfers can be arranged by owner (costs apply). Pool heating is an additional 200 Euros per week/part week. Jacuzzi heating is an additional 70 Euros per week/part week. Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation. The property is located 500 m from Balaia Golf Village golf course, 700 m from Local bus bus station, 900 m from Intermarché Torre da Medronheira supermarket, 2 km from Praia Maria Luisa sand beach, 2 km from Praia Maria Luisa rock beach, 3 km from Praia de Olhos de Água rock beach, 3 km from Praia de Olhos de Água sand beach, 4 km from Pine Cliffs Golf Course golf course, 10 km from Ferreiras/Albufeira station train station, 13 km from Zoomarine Theme Park amusement park / theme park, 17 km from Krazy World Theme Park amusement park / theme park, 18 km from Aqualand Aquatic Park water park, 22 km from Aquashow Theme/Aquatic Park amusement park / theme park, 32 km from Faro Airport airport. This is the 3rd time my family and I have stayed in this villa since 2018. Wouldn't stay with anyone else when in the area. Villa is great, the staff are great and the location is great. Couldn't have asked or wanted for more. Nothing.

From the moment we arrived in Portugal everything went really well. The transfer was on time took us straight to the Villa. As for the accommodation it was superb really clean and tidy, where our villa was situated was really good as it was central to most areas. The family has already spoke about returning to this villa in the near future.

We had a great week here and the villa was perfect for our family from 2 to 64 years old. The pool and Jacuzzi were great, and the outlook from the comfortable sun loungers was excellent too and it was nice to not be overlokked.The location was favourable with a well stocked intermarch supermarket around 10 minutes walk away aswell as bars and restaurants.

The facilities at Villa Duma were excellent with everything we needed. The villa was clean and well presented and the location is perfect peaceful but with amenities close by. We would definitely stay here again. There were a significant number of ants outside the villa and unfortunately, a great deal made their way into one of the downstairs bathrooms (which subsequently put her off using the bathroom altogether) and one of the upstairs bedrooms. I understand this is often beyond human control though so this is more feedback, as opposed to criticism.

The villa is beautiful, we had such a lovely holiday with the pool and jacuzzi being heated. The villa was well equipped, very clean, and a lovely bar bq to use. The team were all amazing that looked after us. Nothing was too much trouble. One of the team Luis was very kind took us places even on his day off. My son needed medical attention, Luis took us straight away. The private hospital was not far and we didn't have to wait long. All of the team were available on the phone at any time. Plenty of shops and restaurants at a short drive away. Some places walking distance. We are already planning to return next year. Helen in the office is very accommodating, plenty of communication and she made sure everything went to plan from our transfer to arranging a welcome pack. There is not one thing that could be better. Best holiday we have ever had.

We had a lovely 2weeks in Villa Duma celebrating our 50th anniversary, we were there with our family from 7 to 70 the staff were lovely couldn’t be more helpful from booking to leaving . Such a beautiful Villa in a lovely resort have to mention Glorys restaurant and thai/Japanese our favourites. Hopefully be back someday .

Not to far from great destination for food and drink. The service with transfers and cleaning was amazing and stress free. Clean and well maintained. Could do with better showers in some of the rooms.

This is my 2nd time at this villa an it was every bit as enjoyable as the first. The service from start to finish was excellent . I have tried to rebook for next year but was,nt successful that's how popular it is. There is nothing this Villa needs for your stay. We had a great stay at Villa Duma. Property was so close to lots of bars and restaurants and I short taxi into the sense of out of Albufeira & Vilamoura. The staff were brilliant and always at hand if you needed something or had a question. Definitely will be returning in the future. Thank you for a great stay

Embora alguns equipamentos avariados, foram sempre prontamente substituídos ou reparados. Zona muito calma. Assistência ao cliente excelente. O facto de ser uma villa vocacionada para famílias e com crianças, era benéfico ter mais uma televisão.

the property was clean and close to the beach but given the price it was below average - from there being next to no soap / shampoo / towels on arrival to having to pay separately for jacuzzi and pool heating, to the rather unattractive metal fence surrounding the property - cost cutting seemed the order of the day. orlando who looked after the property was excellent , but otherwise it was disappointing given the cost

From the immaculate interior, great pool area, and excellent hosts, to a fabulous location with easy walking distance to shops bars and restaurants, Villa Duma has it all. Thank you, we will be back
