Piękna urokliwa okolica. Słychać ryczące niedźwiedzie z górskich lasów. Klimatyczne chałupki i wygodne łóżka.

Piękna lokalizacja w górach, spokojne miejsce i dobrze usytuowana w całym układzie Resortu. Cały resort dobrze zlokalizowany i świetnie skomunikowany. Domek klimatyczny, wyposażony bez zastrzeżeń i ładnie usytuowany. Dodatkowo możliwości skorzystania z atrakcji basenowych. Ważnym atutem jest sekcja jedzeniowa. Śniadania albo obiado-kolacje fajnie zorganizowane.

Would be an excellent grade 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for bad ending. All around everything was good except the approach to the client.
At the check-out we were charged 126 euro for a dog despite no information about extra fees at the check in. Wouldn't be a problem if the information was presented from the start but wasn't. Also on the 1st of September and after that date the recreation center (pool, fitness, children's playroom, second restaurant etc. were closed) which is unacceptable if we are paying for the entire stay and also for these additional amenities.
Additionally, when booking the cottage, we were supposed to get an entire private cottage to ourselves. Instead, we were assigned a semi-detached cottage with other guests staying inside, which also directly contradicted the booking details. Overall, we were willing to turn a blind eye to all these inconveniences, but the way we were treated at the very end led to this exact rating. Because of this, we cannot recommend this place, and if you do decide to stay here, we strongly suggest asking about every single detail upfront if you want to avoid disappointment.
We left the cottage super clean and cozy because we always clean the space we rent while traveling with a dog but now we regret doing so because of a unexpected and unfair payment.
