Outside the front door is the Duomo, two blocks to the left, and to the right, a few steps away, are Sant'Ambrogio, Santa Croce, markets, cafes, and plenty of places for a glass of wine or great meal. The Sant' Ambrogio / San Croce area is a perfect location for visiting Florence.

What a fabulous property!! Everything was top tier - location, furnishings, cleanliness, affordability, space, amenities, etc. I wished we could have stayed longer to be honest. We were within 15 minutes walking distance to all of the tours and attractions that we wanted to check out. The neighborhood feels safe and has everything you could possibly need, including a delicious Gelato shop and the New Bridge Pizza Club, which we took full advantage of. The hosts were so helpful and inviting. We were there during a heat wave and the building was nice and cool plus it had air conditioning. Bonus laundry! I promise you'll want to stay forever.

The location was very, very good. Close to the sites. Claudio met us and gave us a nice tour of the apt. They had even stocked the fridge.very comfortable.

Beautiful property! It looks even better than the pictures. I would suggest that if you have young children or mobility issues the stairs might be a little tricky.
