Convince to attractions, the host was super responsive and the convince of a waiting machine was appreciated
The pillows and bed were both on the hard side and the AC was not the best.

The apartment is very well located, a short walk from the Duomo and the main squares. The host was responsive throughout, and the apartment was nice and clean with decent-sized rooms. We were travelling as a family with five large suitcases, and someone from the host's team kindly helped us carry the bags down at checkout, which we really appreciated. The host also arranged a late checkout for a small fee — a big help for families with lots of luggage, since luggage storage in the city can be expensive and inconvenient.
The bathrooms are on the small side. More importantly, the apartment is on the second floor of an old Italian building with no lift — carrying 5–6 heavy suitcases up the stairs can be a real challenge, especially for families or older travellers. If you have heavy bags, ask the host for help with luggage in advance.
