Everything was seamless ! Personally it was the location. It was 5 mins or less walk to MRT. Grab was everywhere, and there's 2 taxi stands by the hotel (Across it and Beside it). Shopping Mall was across the city (Lux level Mall). The whole SCDB area feels like Singapore where everything is walkable. Just be careful of the traffic though.
The checkout procedure felt a little uncomfortable, due to I have to wait and only able to checkout when the housekeeping have confirmed your in-room bar are not consumed. It could have handled much differently.

Had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was well equipped and our room was clean and spacious. The staff accommodated us for a late check out too which we much appreciated when we had a late flight. We think the hotel was good value for money considering its high standard and many facilities. I recommend having a massage at the spa and popping down to the restaurant and bar for some food and drinks. The area the hotel is located in is central and safe.

Furnishings were a bit cheap
Phone was broken in the room and the plugs didn’t hold my uk plug adaptor - it was too heavy for it to stay in
Food was average and I was served mouldy bread for breakfast
I had to wait 2.5hrs for room service
