Location is good. It is accessible to a number of food shops and convenience stores too. The staff were efficient at providing new towels upon request (almost within 5 minutes). The lifts in the hotel were quick as well, hence there is no long wait for the lift. Good for a quick stay.
The bathroom has a bit of small areas which the translucent screen has peeled off hence giving a lack of privacy. If the bidet had a handle to hook it up, it would be better.

Good location for concert goers at the Bukit Jalil/Axiata Stadium, extra easy to find something to eat as well. Ample parking space (roadside public parking) after 11PM but it gets extra packed at other times. Room has all you'll need for a short stay, not exactly sparkling clean but nice enough for a budget hotel.
Maybe replace the slippers with disposable ones. Cleanliness-wise it's alright but there were quite a number of stray hairs in the toilet.
