Good location for where we needed to be
It is a bit dated now, could do with a refresher. The velux window in our family room (306) did not lock or shut, so daughter sleeping underneath it was cold at night. On arrival the large double windows had blown wide open and the room was freezing and the floor/carpet wet near the window/sofa. The drains in the bath were very slow and the plug had to be removed to drain previous shower water. Catering staff at breakfast very good re:nut allergies. Well managed. Bar service evening time not so great, waited for a beer to be served after asking, to find bar staff on their phone in another empty function room, instead of in the bar.
