Suite size was good , staff are very nice and friendly, so attentive and proactive, breakfast was decent and good with lovely and nice people serving there , We had issue with shower hand and they Fixed immediately, Pool was nice too, location not so far from the busy area around 10 minutes walking and the hotel has private parking and they make extension to solve the capacity issue of parking. House keeping was also good
Only thing was the mini fridge that was not working, we reported but we have been told it's just for presentation, We stayed on different hotels and the mini fridge was always working so we can cool some water in this hot weather, don't know if it was only our suite or it's general in the hotel

We had a plunge pool right outside our door and it was perfect for relaxing in.
There wasn’t much snacks at the snack bar.

The property is well maintained with beautiful grounds and very comfortable
Wasps by the waters edge - some larger hornets but they really didn’t bother sunbathers - just anyone by the edge of the pool

The location was convenient for exploring Zakynthos, and the room did have consistently hot water. There were also a few staff members who were kind and helpful, particularly the gentleman Harris who eventually assisted me with the air-conditioning issue.
Unfortunately, the property did not feel remotely up to the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel, especially for the price I paid. The room and facilities felt dated and lacked basic conveniences. There were no drawers or adequate places to unpack and store luggage, which was particularly inconvenient for a six-night stay.
The air-conditioning was one of my biggest frustrations. It only operated while you were physically in the room, so after being out for several hours, I would return to an extremely hot room that took a long time to cool down. I also experienced an issue with the AC during my stay, and while one staff member was genuinely helpful in resolving it, I did not find the overall response from the staff particularly helpful.
The bed was very uncomfortable, and there appeared to be a mildew or musty smell coming from around the shower/drain area. The hotel’s system regarding irons was also unnecessarily inconvenient. Combined with the very early checkout time and generally outdated facilities, the stay simply did not feel like good value for money.
Overall, my expectations were considerably higher based on the hotel’s four-star classification and the amount I paid. In my experience, the property felt much closer to a budget hotel than a four-star resort. I would spend the additional money to stay at a genuinely higher-end property next time.
