Very well manned reception with excellent courteous staff. Very efficient with requests. All staff from receptionists, cleaners to restaurant staff were fantastic. Restaurant exceed expectations both in food and service. Highly recommended. Travelled with a small dog, absolutely no issues.
Balcony doors were quite heavy to open/close and A/C was al little bit too noisy.

A lovely boutique hotel right on the beach. The room was comfortable with an amazing view. Everything worked although the internet was a tad slow.
What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. I met and spoke with three different reception people, several from the restaurant, plus a couple folks from housekeeping. All were knowledgeable and eager to help.
If you're looking for a fancy modern hotel, move along. If you want a charming, comfortable stay where your presence is appreciated, Hotel San Andrea is for you!
