Very friendly staff, great breakfast options with farm grown produce, comfortable beds, quiet rooms

Very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Lovely location and quiet. Staff were helpful. Really good value for money. Restaurant very close by.
No breakfast was available if you stayed in the lodges so had to drive to find somewhere to eat as didn’t have time to shop given late arrival. This could have been made clearer in advance.

Amazing place, tidy and clean. The hosts were attentive and helpful. We had a small emergency situation and they reacted immediately. We appreciate that so much. A restaurant nearby was also great. We regreted we hadn't booked it for more days.
Everything was great.

A wonderful and peaceful location near Montemerano and the Saturnia hot springs. Beautiful buildings and grounds with a great potential. Pleasant staff. Comfortable bed.
It is obvious that the hotel has seen better days. Although generally clean, repairs are needed in many places. Missing curtains, old paint, loose handrails, somewhat neglected grounds. Overall a feeling as if no one is really looking after the place and making the necessary investments to keep it looking as it does in the photographs.
