Excellent location, pleasant staff, comfy beds
Bathroom really old, non adjustable shower height/ angle, dirty sealant round bath. Wobbly fixture on wall for toilet paper, not enough room to hang wet towels when 2 have used shower.

Loved that it was in the centre of town and our room was very peaceful despite a wedding happening in the hotel

Lovely central Location. Beautiful outdoor bar/ seating area, looking over the River Dee.
Comfy bed.
Pleasant staff.
Breakfast too expensive.
Cleaner left the floors rubbish bag in our room.

A bit run down, and the bar area was more like a housing estate boozer feel. The food was terrible but told the breakfast was fine. I've stayed here a few times over the years, and it's not as homely and comfortable as it once seemed.
The food. Room all a bit tired. Nothing specific, just tired.
