I was staying in Tulcua overnight before boating into the Danabu Delta. The hotel was a perfect location for that. I came in the evening prior and had a nice walk around the pier and then dinner in the hotel restaurant along the River. The next morning was easy access to the Danube Delta Eco-tourism museum, and access to monkey changers along the main road. I was able then later to check out, and carry all luggage to the jetty with the help of my boat man. About a 3-5 minute walk. The room was also nice and I was in a high floor so had a great view of the river. A great place to stay in Tulcea
The bath tub did not have a drain stopper.

Great location, friendly staff, clean facilities. Unfortunately the bed mattress are really bad, and outdated. This affected my time there.
