Portion in a semi-detached house, a portion is occupied by the owner, consisting of 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 with twin beds) 5 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, living room with TV, veranda with dining table, swimming pool, car parking, located a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda.
In the case in which the solution of the 5 rooms are too large, there is the possibility of reducing to 3 double rooms with reduction of the cost, with only the closing of a door.
The property offers an extra charge a boat Azimut 39
for day trips to the Maddalena Archipelago (Pink Beach etc.) and in Corsica.

Casa situata in una posizione strategica a un passo dalle migliori attrazioni della costa smeralda. La casa è nuovissima ed esattamente come in foto, con 5 ampie camere da letto e bagni, uno per ogni camera. Il proprietario è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliata, da tornarci.

Keurige schone woning van een zeer attente Ennio met geweldige ligging vlakbij porto servo. Aan het mooie zwembad magistraal uitzicht over de baai. Heerlijk grote barbecue en centrale schaduwrijke eettafel. Ook een dag varen met de boot van Ennio is een aanrader. Woning is keurig netjes. Iedere kamer een fijne eigen badkamer. Standaard keuken.
Aandachtspunt is dat aan eind van de huurperiode water- en electraverbruik nog apart afgerekend moeten worden.

Wir (9 Erwachsene und 1 Kleinkind) verbrachten 1 Woche hier. Es ist super dass zu jedem Zimmer ein Bad gehört, leider sind nur 2 Bäder direkt im Zimmer. Der Pool ist nicht auf der selben Ebene wie die Wohneinheit, sondern darüber was wir so nicht erwartet hatten und gerade mit Kleinkind sehr mühsam war. Der Pool befindet sich also über der Wohneinheit wo auch der Besitzer des Hauses wohnt. Uns würden gleich am Anfang die „Poolzeiten“ bekannt gegeben, zu denen wir den Pool benützen dürfen, dass hat uns sehr gestört weil wir damit nicht gerechnet hatten. Wir dachten der Pool wäre nur für uns. Den tollen Ausblick aufs Meer hat man auch nur vom Pool aus und nicht von der vermieteten Ebene. Leider waren auch zu wenig Liegen am Pool, nämlich nur für 5 Personen. Ansonsten ist der Pool traumhaft schön und sehr gepflegt. Auch das restliche Grundstück mit den vielen Pflanzen und auch die Wohneinheit und Sitzgelegenheiten draußen sind sehr gepflegt, stilvoll und sauber. Den großen Holzkohlegrill haben wir auch 2 mal benutzt und davon waren wir begeistert, dieser befindet sich auf der unteren Ebene und man fühlt sich ungestört. Direkt in der Nähe des Hauses, also zu Fuß erreichbar gibt es keine schönen Sandstrände, nur steinige Buchten, man muss schon mit dem Auto 10-20 Minuten fahren, aber dann hat man einige schöne kleine Sandstrände zur Auswahl. Alles in Allem haben wir uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt. Ennio war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Obwohl wir nicht wussten, dass wir das Anwesen nicht alleine für uns haben, was uns am Anfang ziemlich enttäuscht hat, haben wir von Ennio die ganze Woche nicht viel mitbekommen und er hat unseren Wunsch nach Privatsphäre akzeptiert und auch am Pool fühlten wir uns wohl und nicht beobachtet. Es war auf jeden Fall ein schöner erster Urlaub auf Sardinien.
