Ein sehr geschmackvoll renoviertes Hotel. Der Eingangsbereich kann aufgrund der baulichen Gegebenheiten leider nicht „aufgehübscht“ werden, dafür sind die Zimmer sehr schön. Das Restaurant bietet eine sehr gute, abwechslungsreiche Küche. Unbedingt einen Tisch reservieren. Die Lage ist perfekt, unmittelbar am See gelegen, lediglich eine Straße dazwischen.
Das Personal hätte etwas aufmerksamer und eventuell etwas freundlicher sein können. Wir haben darüber hinweggesehen, da sehr viel Betrieb war und auch Ende der Saison.

Posizione strategica sia per fare il giro del lago sia per escursioni montane. Colazione ottima varia ed abbondante. Piscina molto piacevole da utilizzare al rientro da un escursione. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo cenato tutte e due le sere in albergo e ne siamo rimasti soddisfatti. Nelle vicinanze spiaggia e dal nostro balcone si vedeva il lago. le palafitte sono molto vicine e per accedere al museo è sufficiente attraversare la strada

Breakfast and Dinner
The room telephone did not work, the entry light switch for the bathroom did not work, the method to get the light to work was to operate a switch adjacent to the sink by lifting a protective cover - this was a dangerous method next to running water. The bath room door was difficult to open as it touched the floor. The items were reported during the stay but they were not addressed.
