Room was incredible! Spacious, clean and had everything I needed. The pool view was perfect.
There wasn't anything I didn't like

A comfortable stay in a nice apartment.
There was not sufficient cutlery and crockery for four people and only three chairs for the dining table. The bathrooms were very small and difficult to manoeuvre. I understand it is a dusty environment but some of the windows and screens needed a good clean, as did the carpet in the lounge area.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful hotel, comfortable stay, excellent facilities, friendly and helpful staff.
Just a shame that it’s not walking distance to city centre.

Efficient, clean and good staff.
Could not get in touch with ridges direct easily. All queries redirected to booking. com and communication poor. Staff could not make decisions due to book.com connection.
