We didn’t like the hotel layout is terrible and very confusing to navigate.The pool aslso has way too much chlorine,which irritated my eyes and skin

Pool - jacuzzi - sauna - steam room. Disability parking. Breakfast was excellent. Most staff were helpful and courteous.
We thought we were staying in an IPASS centre. The walls and most surfaces were all
Painted in Grey Emulsion like everything was covered over - perhaps the owners acquired a job lot deal on the colour!
It also seems to be focussed to cater to children with behavioural issues - many children appeared to scream, run wild and parents allowed them cart blanche to misbehave and be rude. Perhaps the Hotel could consider putting on parenting courses
We have disabilities and have a slow pace, we were preparing to vacate our room for 11 am but cleaning staff harassed us 3 times and knocked on aa hour beforehand to warn us we needed to be out by 11 as they needed to prep the room. They were rude, sarcastic and spoke with am attitude as if they were supervisors for guests - when we were leaving one cleaner commented - Take your time and started sneering.
